Of course, each of you should accurately know such an old Russian variety called "Antonovka". Antonovok there are several options. Some of them number about 20 and even 30. But, in fact, there are not so many of them. Real Antonovka. More precisely, here is a real Antonovka, i.e. ordinary Antonovka looks like this - look. It can be simply a pressed shape, flattened, it can be slightly elongated, the bottom here, the lower part, the top of the fetus. Hence, the green color is characteristic.
Maybe if there was an apple in the sun, here is such a yellowing, such as a blush. And surely this rusting. This stain is rusting. And, of course, by smell. You can’t confuse Antonovka with anything in smell. Antonovka vulgaris should smell of Antonovka vulgaris. So, cutting an apple, for example, yes. It is also very important to know, for example, the color of the seeds. This can also characterize the variety very well. And you will not be mistaken, you will not be deceived. For example, the seeds should be dark brown.
Now, I’ll take it and show it on a white background. Perhaps such a dark brown color, medium size. And, of course, the smell must be specific. The taste of Antonov apples should be preserved until around the new year. After the new year, Antonovka loses her extraordinary qualities, taste, and turns into boiled potatoes.
There is an Antonovka, for example, sweet. This is also such a variety, you can buy it in nurseries. Completely different. If the surface color is uniform, there are very, very few dots. Do you know such whitish spots? These points here are very few. That Antonovka sweet enough of them. Please look at these dots.
Stroyevsky apple. Look, the size of a small apple. If you do not take care of your apple trees, cut them in time, feed them, you will have exactly the same apples under the name "Stroyevsky". By the way, the variety is very good, both in taste and in its lightness. It will lie until May, and even until the month of June, remarkably retaining all its excellent properties.
Here is an apple called Freshness. Look how beautiful. Extraordinary beauty. And the same thing lies a very long time. If you have a store, then, of course, at a temperature of about zero degrees, without light - if you go into the store, then turn on the light for a moment - your apples will lie until the month of June.
And very, very good taste. Look what a tight apple. Oh how. See, huh? The pulp is not so white, you see, like an Antonovka’s, but still it has a little green color. See, the flesh crunches. Very tasty. Seeds are much larger than, for example, Antonovka, if you compare.
"Semerenko", well, look. Is it possible to confuse "Semerenko" with some other apple? Of course not. Only seeing such a size, one can already wonder if it is a seven? Again, it all depends on care and, to some extent, depends on weather conditions. By the way, at one time Antonovka lost her attractive qualities and there are very few of her in the gardens. Now this love for Antonovka is returning. But know, if you plant an Antonovka that she does not pollinate herself, she is self-infertile, therefore it is imperative, it is necessary to plant some 2-3 varieties to the Antonovka.
Here, for example, the apple "Bogatyr". This, in general, the apple came from the Antonovka line. Therefore, it resembles, of course, an Antonovka, but it is larger in size than the Antonovka 2, or even 3 times. The taste is very good. Unlike Antonovka, it lies until the month of May. In the month of May, you can make charlotte. The same thing, crisp flesh. Tear off the tree when the apples ripen, in late September, and it is already ready for consumption.
"The memory of a warrior" is an excellent variety. At exhibitions in general, he always receives medals. Lobo, look how Lobo looks. You know, when you look at the characteristics of apples, you need to know about 50-60 different nuances. Only by adding all these characteristics together, you can definitely know which variety it is. Therefore, some apples, we can easily determine what it is, some apples are very difficult.
Here, please, take an apple called the Oryol Synap, and here it is the Northern Synap. You see, the difference, firstly, is quite large. But, again, where poorly fed, watered, a smaller apple. Although the characteristics of these two varieties are very, very different. Indeed, the “Oryol synap” should be large, the “Northern synap” is smaller.
And please, such an old Aport variety. Well, what is bad about Aport? Aport is much better, much better, than, for example, a variety such as Streifling. Streifling 2 months from strength. This one lies much longer.
